We are back in 2025!
Sake Festival Singapore celebrates its 10th year, presenting an immersive journey with up to 500 sakes and a strong cast of sake producers.
Organized by Orihara — Singapore’s top sake distributor, this year’s edition brings you deeper into the rich nihonshu culture.
Discover the Art of Aged Sake
Debuting this year is a curated Aged Sake Collection (Koshu), featuring deep, complex flavor profiles introduced by sake master Fujiwara-san of Orihara Japan — a must-try for connoisseurs and curious newcomers alike.
Feel the Warmth: Explore Hot Sake
Experience the subtle magic of warm sake at the dedicated Warm Sake Section. Learn how different temperatures enhance aroma and umami, with expert guidance from sake sommeliers.
Izakaya Vibes at “Tanpaga” Alley
Step into Japanese Izakaya Alley, brought to life by Tanpaga chefs from Tanjong Pagar, led by Chefs Sho Naganuma (Torasho Ramen & Charcoal Bar, left in picture) and Koki Miyoshi (Hearth Irori & Oden Izakaya). Expect sizzling japanese street-style eats, authentic flair, and a taste of Japan’s casual dining culture.
Rare Brews & Limited-Edition Labels
Taste exclusive pours from featured breweries like Hakurakusei’s Crystal Absolute 0, LOHAS Organic’s Duck Rice sake, and unique expressions like a Junmai Daiginjou aged in Sherry casks from Manatsuru Brewery. We hear that one of the sakes is so exclusive it is not for sale.
