Sip. Savour. Gan Bei!

We are bringing the craft of nihonshu directly to you, hosting more than 40 elite brewers from Japan right here in Singapore for this one-day-only event.

Whether you are a connoisseur or a curious beginner, explore our curated collection of over 600 sakes, artisanal spirits, and rare labels.

A Legacy of Nihonshu: Celebrating Sake Traditions

Since 2014, Sake Festival Singapore has championed the time-honored traditions of nihonshu—the authentic, artisanal craft of Japanese sake brewing.

What is Nihonshu (Craft Sake)?

Nihonshu is more than just “rice wine”. It is a sophisticated fermented beverage crafted from four simple ingredients: water, rice, yeast, and koji mold. Unlike mass-produced spirits, Japanese craft sake is a labuor of love, often produced in small batches by family-owned breweries using regional techniques passed down through generations.

Beyond the flavor, sake is revered for its health benefits—rich in amino acids and naturally gluten-free.
